Overall an excellent authentic old school kopitiam experience despite the not so old school name I tabao the rendang back, after add grated lemongrass n chilli maybe its going to be the perfect version like my mom's....got hope because the foundation already there. Mi hun kueh a tad too salty but the q Ness is there. Curry is decent but broth could be even thicker. The fried stuff is below average, crispy but lacks the oil fragrant of fried stuff. Mi huen kueh is q but the soup is weird. White pepper n god knows what. Unpleasant. Nasi lemak ok but rice could be more fragrant. Ham n cheese sandwich too mild n waste of calorie. Another bad dish I'd hv to downgrade to 3. Lucky saved but coffee. Smooth n kaw. ”

“ The vibes and food at this spot was on point. Parking on the street was easy. They have a button to call for service. The menu had lots of options and the food came out fast and everything was delicious. The chow kway teow had the perfect texture and flavor, and fried chicken was sooooo good and crispy. The white kopi was good as well. The Kaya toast had a bit too much butter but overall tasted very good. We also had a bunch of other dishes and all were very good. At 12pm on a Wednesday, it was pretty busy but they had plenty of seats available and service was quick too. My parents, aunt and brother in law enjoyed every dish. Very good spot to hang out too as it is spacious, clean and there is something for everyone. ”
